Deleting your Brogression account

In the Brogression app, go to Brofile → Delete account. It needs signal, and it can't be undone.

If you can't sign in, email us from the address on the account and ask us to delete it.

Deleting your account removes your login, email and profile, your sessions, training maxes, notes, bodyweight log, crew memberships and the challenges you made, and the copy on your phone. Crews and custom exercises your crewmates use stay with them, without your name. Server logs at Supabase (1 day) and Vercel (up to 12 hours) and sign-in emails at Resend (30 days) stay until they age out. We don't keep database backups.
